About Us

Hey, y'all!! I am LaTasha Long, CEO, and Founder of Created by Purpose, LLC. I am a wife, and a mom to 2 girls, 1 son, and 2 fur babies, I'm a Special Studies technician for Optometrist by day, an Adjunct Professor by night, and an Entrepreneuher.             

My Story

While growing up I used to always have this feeling of doubting myself, feeling unworthy, being my own worst enemy, and thoughts of not amounting to anything. I never understood why I would feel this way, but unfortunately, those feelings and emotions were always rooted deep within me. Now today, I’m able to realize that it all starts with our mindset and I had to learn how to shift my mindset to believe that I am able to be successful in accomplishing the goals that I have created for myself and standing boldly, knowing now that I have a purpose to fulfill and that is creating mental health awareness and apparel to encourage and uplift all women from all walks of life!

Our Why

Realizing that it is so many other women that deal with so many issues silently and have experienced the same undesirable feelings as I once did with attempting suicide in various different forms, self-destructing behaviors, feelings of self-worthlessness, and feelings of guilt due to past mistakes they have had. We here at Created by Purpose, want all women from all backgrounds of life, to know that they are still here because they have a purpose to fulfill.
